How does delivery work?
Meals are delivered weekly on whatever day you set – our set day are Sundays. Meal are delivered in insulated, temperature safe packaging to ensure freshness of your meals when they arrive at your doorstep.
How do I heat my meals?
Our meals are microwave ready and it only take 2 to 3 minutes to warm up depending on your microwave and meal size.
How long do the meals last in the fridge?
Our meals typically last 4 – 5 days when refrigerated properly.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes – all of our meals can be frozen to make them last longer. We recommend to do this for the latter half of the week and thaw overnight day before eating.
